We would like to inform you of changes to the Acredale Animal Hospital schedule that will begin on November 1^st, 2021. Due to difficulty in maintaining overnight veterinary staffing, we will have to modify our overnight operating hours. We have worked very hard to maintain our 24-hour service for the past four and a half years; however, it is not sustainable at this time.

In an effort to help as many patients as possible, we will continue our urgent care service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Sunday. Please call ahead to check availability, as we will triage our walk-ins by providing you with a suggested time of arrival to lessen wait time and will no longer be able to accept an unlimited number of walk-ins. Our appointment hours remain the same.

Due to the change in overnight hours, we are modifying our Acredale membership program, now called "Acredale Urgent Care Plan". The $50 annual membership fee will now allow all pets in one household unlimited $20 discounts on the urgent care exam fee. At present, the urgent care exam fee is $85. We hope this option will continue to provide value to achieve our goal of affordable veterinary health care and same-day access.

Realizing that this change was not anticipated by ourselves or our members, we will also be offering a prorated refund credit to your account as a second option for all active members who do not wish to transfer to the modified plan.
