If you’ve been part of the Acredale family for a while then there’s a good chance you’ve met Amanda. She started at Acredale in 2001 as a receptionist and worked her way to becoming one of our fabulous licensed technicians! When asked what her favorite part of the job is she did not hesitate to say that being an advocate for our patients is at the top of her list. She also is so grateful for all the support she receives to further advance her skills to grow and learn new things to continue that advocacy. That support has led her to become our resident Pet Nutrition Coach offering our patients diet plans and nutrition consults.
Amanda is also BLS & ALS RECOVER certified and serves as our surgery coordinator.
At home Amanda shares her home with 2 dogs (Maeve and Toshi), 3 cats (Potter, Tonks, and Lucius), and 1 corn snake (Salem). She loves spending her time with family doing puzzles and playing board games. Amanda also says that Harry Potter has to be her favorite series and she loves all things dinosaurs.
