Dr. Aveetal Gershon - Veterinarian

Dr. Aveetal Gershon was born in Nahariya, Israel, and moved to Virginia Beach when she was six years old.

She attended Princess Anne High School, Tidewater Community College, and Virginia Tech, graduating in 2008 with a B.S. in Animal and Poultry Science. Dr. Gershon received her D.V.M. from Virginia Tech in 2013. She started her veterinary career at Acredale Animal Hospital in May of 2013. Her professional interests include radiology, ultrasound, surgery, and internal medicine.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching Hokie football, exercising, snowboarding, wake-boarding, and going to the beach with her husband, Sean, and her daughter, Natalie. Her furry family includes Mush the cat, Mateo-key, a long-haired chihuahua, Buck, the hound mix, and Gingy the cat.
